Viewing the front page videos

In order to view the videos on the website you will need an up-to-date version of Adobe Flash player and have Javascript enabled on your browser. If you can’t view the videos then it is most likely that one or both of these will need to be installed/enabled.

To enable Javascript:

This Google help document has instructions on how to enable Javascript for commonly used versions of popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari)

To install Flash:

Visit the Adobe website and follow the instructions (“Get Flash Player”)

Other notes:

Some users have reported that reinstalling the Flash player using a tool from the Adobe website has enabled them to successfully view the videos. Find out more from the Adobe website
